Looks like a species of Litaneutra.

Added a top view...hopefully that will make a difference. Looks like only 3 species in that Genus in Arizona.

 
I expect it does help
But, I don't have any good references on the genus, and don't know how to tell the species apart yet (but I'll work on changing that soon). I expect that L. minor is most likely, but I'm by no means sure. Hopefully somebody who does know will bite :)

She sure is well camouflaged!
