Wooly scale-like insects upon Camellia - Fiorinia theae - Female
Clarke County, Mississippi, USA
Size: Magnified 20X
These tiny scale-like insects produce a white, woolly fiber upon the under surface of Camellia leaves. Does anyone know the genus-species of these insects?

Moved

Diaspididae, Female Fiorinia
Diaspididae, Female Fiorinia theae, the tea scale, common on camellia

Moving to Coccoidea for now...
Hopefully someone knowledgeable about scales will find it there sooner or later.
