Moved
Moved from Chaetopsis.

Picture-winged?
Maybe a Picture-winged Fly or a relative (fruit flies and others in that branch of the fly family tree sometimes have patterned wings). In my area Chaetopsis is the common genus with straight bands across the wings.

Thanks, John.

(Written later) That's it! Thanks, again.
