Saw this little fella near the house. Just curious to know. Adult Cadydid?

Katydid.
Adult male meadow katydid in genus Orchelimum (aka Orchelium).

 
I would guess
maybe Orchelimum minor (Lesser Pine Katydid). I can't be sure but I will post some images of a male to show similarity anyway.
