Enicospilus…
Several spots in the DM cell of the forewing and an adventitious vein place this in this genus.

Ophioninae.
No question. XL ocelli that abut the compound eyes; cell in forewing, below the stigma, includes a sclerotized spot. These are classic hallmarks of this subfamily.
