Yes, bed bug.
Enough in focus to conclude this is a bed bug and not a bat bug (fringe of hairs along edge of pronotum would be a lot longer in a bat bug). Moving to guide page.

Cropping
Only you and the editors can see the full-size image. Everyone else sees a reduced size image, so please crop your images closer to "just the bug" otherwise the large border reduces the detail others can see including many experts. I cropped out most of the picture of the ruler and added the size to the size field ;-)
