this was taken from a cave at about 1800ft elevation in middle tennessee. this is a 500ft cave system with little air flow. it is dry with a wet weather stream flowing through it. there were 100 or so spiders like thid throughout the cave. I also noticed hundreds of daddy longleg spiders and one two other species. one which i have a image of that i also plan on posting. the one not posted was a cobweb spider dark in color with a orb shaped body. i have been a caver a long time and have never seen so many spiders in a cave. i would like these spiders identified if possible. please feel free to contact me with any questions.
