Boloria (or Clossiana) belona
Meadow Fritillary. The elongate front wings with the tip somewhat truncated and the angle near the middle of the outer edge of the hind wings are good clues. Also, the outer row of black spots (not the faint ones at the margin, but the bold ones just inside those, almost bat-shaped on this one) are not angles that point inward, but rather they tend to have points that point outward at the middle, or they don't really point in or out.
