Moved
Moved from Blues.

Ceraunus Blue
It's probably Hemiargus Ceraunus, but it could also possibly be Echinargus isola. The underside would be diagnostic. It's also a female.

Reakirt's Blue
I want to go with Echinargus isola. There were some identical ones to this individual nearby, and they had four spots on the underside forewing.

Was it inordinately small?
Western Pygmy is noticeably the smallest b'fly in the U.S. On them, there are usually four spots easily visible on the top of each wing. Yours seems to have the spots, but they're not as pronounced as those I've noticed. Hope someone else can tell you more.
