Disonycha

Disonycha
Fountain Hills, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA
November 14, 2008
Size: 8 mm
Caught flying in a park with an artificial lake.

Could it be
Disonycha alternata?

If you know
the difference between D. arizonae and D. alternata I'll move it. But the color is very different from the other posts.

No,
I don't, but looking through comments on other Disonycha I found this: http://www.ag.auburn.edu/aaes/communications/beetles/disonycha.htm

I'm not familier with some of the terminology in the key though, maybe you can use it.
