Leaf beetle - Chrysomela interrupta

Leaf beetle - Chrysomela interrupta
Athens/ Ben Burton Park, Clarke County, Georgia, USA
May 16, 2008
Size: about 1 cm
This leaf beetle looks like some of the Chrysomela, but there doesn't seem to be an exact match for it on BugGuide. The host plant was Hazel alder, Alnus serrulata. Adults, pupae, and larvae were all present simultaneously (and in great numbers.) I have additional photos if that would help.

Alder leaf beetle
Chrysomela interrupta Fabricius

Thank you both.
I will move the other two photos to the guide.

Chrysomela indeed
don't know better, sorry
