Am not sure if this is the Mexican Honey Wasp - Brachygastra mellifica, or not...

Pachodynerus nasidens (Eumeninae) - male
A good mimic of the true Honey Wasp. This latter has a distinctly smaller, more rounded, 1rst gastral segment.
