Papilio multicaudata
This is the Two-tailed Swallowtail. Very similar and very closely related to the Western. A couple of things to look at. First the location. I'm not sure if Western is found in the Huachuca Mountains (don't think so), and if it is, it would be up high, not down at Sierra Vista. Also, look at the black edge of the pupil of the large eye spot. It is thin. In the Western it is thick.

Not antennae but osmeteria - scent-producing organs found on swallowtail larvae that deter predators. I believe this is a Western Tiger Swallowtail - compare below:
