Waving that weird tail thing around. Very strange.

That is the Melonworm moth, [
That is the Melonworm moth, Diaphania hyalinata, I believe. It is In the family Pyralidae, and the caterpillar is a pest of cucumber, melons, pumpkins and squash (Covell 401). Still a cool-looking moth, though!

Weird is right!
Maybe Diaphania indica. Although, all the examples on the net seemed to be from out of the US. Ok more likely Adult melonworm moth, Diaphania hyalinata since the photo is from FL.UFL site

Definitely a Diaphania something.
