Moved
Moved from Emesaya.

Not Emesaya...
although I'm not willing to offer a more definitive answer since emesines are particularly tricky to do by photograph. It very well could be Gardena and if it is, it's Gardena elkinsi.

Update
More emesines studied. I can confirm this as Gardena elkinsi.

thanks much -- good to know

Emesaya?
An indication of size would be helpful here. Emesaya are large insects (at least E. brevipennis). I strongly suspect a different genus.

Gardena, i believe -- very nice!
[who cares though after the Darklingate]
in the unlikely case that i'm right and this won't turn out to be a butterfly -- new genus to the guide (and only two spp. to choose from)
