...two editors with much more taxonomy knowledge than I have fixed the Taxonomy list -- so this image is where it now should be.

. Definitely Oecanthus rather than Neoxabea. Definitely in the rileyi group rather than the nigricornis group. Pale antennae also rule out Western TC. The width of the wings and the lack of dark strip down the pronotum rules out Narrow-winged TC. The orange red pedicel and scape rule out Prairie TC.
That leaves only Snowy or Riley Tree Cricket -- both of which can be found in Arizona. Unfortunately, the only way to differentiate between the two is a frontal view of the pedicel and scape (1st two antennal segments).
