Green caterpillar with red and yellow dots - Antheraea polyphemus

Size: about 2 inches
We found this guy inching quite quickly from a flower garden in the curb of a parking lot. While searching online was not able to find a name for it, only a video of one other person who found one like it. Can someone please let me know what is it? Thank you.

Polyphemus caterpillar, Antheraea polyphemus . The moths are gorgeous, too.
