Green Lacewing - Chrysoperla

Green Lacewing - Chrysoperla
Sand Springs, Osage County, Oklahoma, USA
December 7, 2008
Size: 13mm (1/2")
I believe this is a brown phase Green Lacewing. The odd thing, for me, is that I found it underneath bark on a fallen tree. Do they usually get under bark?

Please help with ID.
