Male.
Male Lasioglossum or Halictus. Dr. Ascher will know for sure.

I think it looks more Halictus than Lasioglossum because the abdomen isn't as fat as the Lasioglossum look... but I'm not sure.

Sex info, adult/immature
It always helps to add the sex info once it is provided to you, and of course this is an adult. I did it for you this time.
Also, this and linked photo could use some cropping. Remember that only you and the editors can see the full size image and the rest misses all the details.
