reminds me of a Zygiella.

 
That's what I thought to, I r
That's what I thought to, I read that there are two kinds here. One that is more common around people and houses and one that is not. The picture I have before this of a Zygiella has distinct markings on the abdomen this one has none. I am wandering if this is the more common one.

 
I'm thinking
it might be a juvenile?
