0880 - Agonopterix flavicomella
Identified by James Adams to whom I sent the photo. It is possibly a first confirmed record for Georgia where it was anticipated.

It Has Been Confirmed By Georgia's Leading Lepidopterist
The only thing in doubt in my mind is whether it is a first state record.
