Sorry, I missed your comments.
The description of Blepharidopterus chlorion says "Antennae, greenish yellow, last two segments dusky to fuscous. General color green, head and ventral surface yellowish; membrane pale, veins green." (Knight, 1941)

Isn't it different?

 
One of the difference between Orthotylus and Blepharidopterus
is the length of the first antennal segment. That of O. is shorter than B. ^^

Frankly,
i can't feel the difference of the second antennal segment between them.^^
