Sure is a wide variation in colors and patterns in the BugGuide image set for these guys.
This is a very colorful example.

Wish it had a catchy common name.
Maybe I'll have make one up.

Yeah -
they do seem quite variable, don't they? Some may be sexual dimorphism, but I'm not sure... I'll move images to family page for an expert to confirm.
