We have some reasonably similar images in Cixiidae
but you'll likely have to wait for Dr Hamilton to get a more detailed answer.

Sam and Tom have also shot something similar in Epiptera here, so you may want to check that too.

Epiptera?
You would have to measure the size of this nymph to know for sure.
