Bug Nymph - Calocoris barberi

Bug Nymph - Calocoris barberi
DeSoto, Dallas County, Texas, USA
April 3, 2008
Could this be the nymph form of the Deraeocoris I recently posted (#242993)? They were found on the same fence and within days of each other.

Maybe not professional quality, but nothing wrong with it beyond low resolution

The adult that I posted
at the same time as this one was eventually ID'd as Neocapsus cuneatus.

While it satisfied my own curiosity,
It just seemed too "iffy" to place on the guide page. If you are comfortable with it, I'm perfectly agreeable to you moving it!

I think it should stay here...
In the meantime, I found a possibility that it (and its adult) is not Deraeocoris. I will leave another comment when I am certain of the ID.

Curious...
I was just wondering why you frassed this image? If it is Deraeocoris then it would be the only nymph image on BugGuide as of now...

I was, too...
^^

It could be...
^^
