We'll just chalk it up to variability.
I can't make it fit any other species.

appears to be
a female of Nomotettix cristatus, but the shape of the front of the pronotum (usually more pointed and reaching more over the top of the back of the head) looks a bit off. If it weren't an adult (it is), I'd be tempted to say it say it was a nymph of Tetrix ornata.

This might be Nomotettix parvus, but I can't find any references to indicate that it occurs so far eastward.
