Need help with ID on this insect.

Probably a longlegged fly (Dolichopodidae)
I'm getting that from the metallic color and the legs. However, posture is way different from any I've seen, except for the photo below. On that one, note what appears to be a difference in antennae. Yours may turn out to be a real puzzler, in part because the photo shows neither the top of the abdomen nor the wing veins clearly.



(Behavior note: Longlegged flies are often very sensitive to flash and hop when one fires.)

I've added two additional shots of the same fly, maybe they will help in getting an ID for it.

It's not the fly I thought it was, i.e. no metallic abdomen, but maybe someone else can figure it out. (I still think it's some sort of longlegged fly.)

 
Dolichopodidae
is correct. Looks like subfamily Dolichopodinae.
