Ocyptamus?? - Ocyptamus fuscipennis

Ocyptamus?? - Ocyptamus fuscipennis
Charleston County, South Carolina, USA
November 5, 2003
I was reading the discussion under the image at http://bugguide.net/node/view/11496 and am wondering if this hoverfly or flower fly is also in the genus Ocyptamus. There was mention of hair at the sides of the thorax. I have a close-up (also attached) of this fly, and am not sure if the white hair is on the posterior end of the thorax or the anterior end of the abdomen. Any help would be appreciated.
