I completely missed the dent, or it might have triggered my fuzzy memory.

Agonum aeruginosum
is almost certainly correct based on a metallic Agonum with a small circular pronotum with minimal laterobasal impressions (pits), uniformly dark antennae, and a characteristic broad dent in middle of each elytron - nicely shown here.
