Chlaenius - Chlaenius pennsylvanicus - Male
Medford, (~25 miles east of Philadelphia, PA) Burlington County, New Jersey, USA

Size: ~12mm
note the margined prosternum tip (horseshoes anyone?) and bi-toothed mentum medially. And I like the spongy protarsi too.
