Xenos peckii
is the only strepsipteran recorded from Polistes fuscatus. A few other species of Xenos have been recorded from other North American Polistes. They can probably not be distingushed based on photographs. The two individuals shown here are females.

Strepsiptera
Usually they won't kill their host by themselves. TOL has a good deal of info on them. Nice shots.
