Yes, this is clearly Mumetopia occipitalis -- a very widespread species in North America. Each photo captures the solid patch (not divided) of white tomentum (tiny hairs) above the occipital foramen ("neck" area) which is virtually diagnostic for this species among all other Nearctic species of Anthomyzidae.
