could it be a Texananus spp.?

nymph
I looked at the distribution maps for Texananus and they don't seem to show up this far north on the photos submitted. But I did notice that what you mentioned is listed on the UW-Madison-Entomology Insect Research Collection list.

just a thought
Delong's cicadellidae of Illinois lists 6 species in Illinois and 30 in the states so I would imagine that there are some in your area, but the key is just for adults so not that helpful. No wing venation since it is a nymph makes ID to genus tough, so my suggestion is just a hunch based on the facial, pronotal, and leg markings. I get similar nymphs in my samples in the mid-atlantic in conjunction with Texananus adults that have black markings on a white and orange top of head and an orange and white pronotum along with dark banded legs. Perhaps an expert can tell you more? I'm interested in what they say to see if I've been making wild connections or not.... Oh wait, now I see that you have already classified it. I get Orientus adults too so that makes sense...

Orientus ishidae nymph
If you look at the comment on the other photo of this series you'll see why this particular nymph created an identification problem. It didn't have the characteristic curled abdomen of the other nymphs of this species.

Nice, new images!
You must have a new photography setup. Now all you need to add is some measurements. Lovely!

Yes, I finally got a DSLR wit
Yes, I finally got a DSLR with a macro lens late this summer. Think I'll have to get a bowl with mm graph paper on it to get the measurements. These little critters never stay still very long.
