I'm no expert on this group, but I believe this is Hylobittacus apicalis. The only hangingfly with dark markings on the wings. You can see in the picture the male holding an insect awaiting the arrival of a female. He presents it to her as a gift in hopes of mating

Moved from hangingfly. H. apicalis is the only Bittacid with darkened wing tips as in this specimen.
