Unusual Sucking Bug, 5:57pm - Javesella pellucida
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
June 27, 2008
These unusual insects always appeared in a corner of my garden, but only late in the day, I check from 7:00am-3:40pm and I maybe find one, they hide during the day?

Javesella pellucida
A male this time; the black "scutellum" (thorax between the wing bases) is characteristic of this sex in this species. Females usually are red-brown there.
