This plant bug looks like Leptopterna dolabrata. Is there any explanation for the color difference in the legs of these insects? Some of the ones shown have very dark to black legs but others have light-colored legs such as the one above. (Too much time on my hands at this time...so I come up with these questions.) I think the color of the legs follows that of the body.
