Wood-boring Tipulid - Ctenophora vittata? - Ctenophora vittata

Size: approx 1 inch
My guess is wood-boring tipulid - Ctenophora vittata.

And based on the tip of the abdomen, I'd say it was a male.

Am I close on either guess?
