Probably Diadasia (Dasiapis) ochracea (Cockerell, 1903)
female
if so, new for Oklahoma
Please upload more images if possible
There is a Tetraloniella species with similar hairs

Shall we move them to Apinae for now? Are the new images the same specimen? If so we should link them. It would be nice to know for sure what this is.
