Lauxaniid fly???

Lauxaniid fly???

Size: approx 1/16 inch
Because of how tiny this fly is, at first I thought it was a fruit fly, but couldn't find any match in the guide. Then I discovered this Lauxaniid fly. Could they be the same species?

is correct.
