Size: 15mm or so?
Could this be Menemerus bivittatus? I don't know enough about spiders to know if there are other similar looking species. Is it possible to tell the sex from this image?

Bivittatus is correct
AFAICR (as far as I can remember :-), the only thing similar in the nearctic is a fuzzy photo of a Platycryptus sp.

Yours has the markings of a female, which for most species suggests either a female or a non-adult male. Someone familiar with the life history of this species might be able to give you a more definite answer.
