Found on Hymenoxys hoopesii. Missing left antenna.

I guess my bug family ID isn't that good. Looks like one of my other "mirids" (brown guy from Pyramid Peak, next to this one in ID Request) might belong to Rhopalidae, too... kind of looks like Liorhyssus.
