Need help with ID. This spider has strange looking legs. Very small spider. I have no idea what the round white object is, wheather it's his head or something it is carrying. Any comments would be welcomed.

Non-expert comment:
Fine photo. This appears to be a "Feather-legged Spider" in the genus Uloborus. I would have thought that the white object is an egg sac, as some spiders (females) carry their egg sacs between the palps until the eggs hatch. The only problem is that Uloborus females make elongated egg sacs, string them together like beads and hang them in the web. See the images here for examples. I will be most interested in what the more knowledgeable folks have to say.
