Beat from conifer tree. I'm not even completely sure of the order... :(

I wonder
I wonder if it could be a baby Timema. That's not a group I know at all, just thinking out loud.

I agree, the head and pronotum appear cricket-like...
...but the back legs look very short. I know it's not a tree cricket. I, too, will be interested to see what this is.
