Looks like
an immature European Earwig. It would help if you had a better view of the feet- they sort of look like the diagnostic Forficulidae shape, but it's hard to be sure. It's definitely a male, though.

In a mature individual, the wings would be large enough to meet in the middle, and the forceps would have more of the characteristic round, sturdy "ice tongs" shape.
