Looks to me like
some sort of caddisfly, but I don't know which kind. Cute.

 
Perhaps casebearer moth?
Well, I hate to disagree with my dear Internet friend Ashley, but I think this a casebearer moth. Compare one of my photos:


These do look a lot like those little caddisflies, and vice versa!

 
Oh hey,
that looks like more of a match than any of the caddisflies I saw, so I won't disagree! The antennae were what made me think caddisfly.
