Found under an old, flattened coffee cup holder by a stream running beneath the Memorial Union Building ("MUB").There were several small Philoscia muscorum next to it, but I did not photograph these.

Not an ID but
some in Pachygnatha autumnalis have a similar pattern

 
Looks right
moving this to genus level seems reasonable. I don't know much about these to know if species can be ID'd by location or pattern.
