This guy is super tiny. I've always thought of wasps and other bugs as beautiful but this one also gets to be called cute.

Encyrtidae, yes
Shape of head, large mesoscutellum and forewing venation are diagnostic. This shining pygmy illustrates the diversity and beauty of Encyrtid wasps in the warmer climates.
