Unknown Spider - Enoplognatha ovata

Size: less than 0.25cm
Unknown spider... is this a Leucauge venusta trying to fool me, or another species? Most venusta orchard spiders I have seen have more deeply colored legs (bottle green) and lack the large dark spots on the abdomen.

We would say rather
male Enoplognatha ovata, in the guide here
