Can you confirm that this was really flying in Nov in NY?

If so, it is the first bee other than Bombus I'm aware of flying that late in the state.

 
Late bee date
Yes, it was sunny and warm on 11/1/2008. I shot another bee that day within a few feet of the agapostemon. Will post now. Sandy
