Mystery Fly
I looked in the Field guide To Insects by Borror and DeLong and the wing veination is very similar to the Blowflies veination [Family Calliphoridae]. But, the narrow body doesn't fit, as these are frequently robust flies. The antennae are very similar to the muscoid flies. I hope that someone else can be more specific than this in identifying it.

Dolichopodidae
Thanks for taking the time to look up the mystery fly. I appreciate it. The fly has been identified as a Dolichopodidae. So far I have not matched the wing venation exactly. As you note, it is similar to several kinds of flies.
